So how did I find myself on the Life Coaching path?

 

I know how challenging it can be to stay motivated and committed yourself, especially when we are thrown into circumstances we do not foresee. I experienced this myself when the COVID pandemic hit. The job I had lived and breathed for the majority of my life suddenly became a threat to my and my family's health and well-being. It was then that I recognised that I needed to make a drastic change to my lifestyle and I made the difficult decision to retire and rethink my life plans.

At first, retirement was not easy - I often found myself twiddling my thumbs, not knowing what to do with all of this time I all of a sudden had on my hands. For the past 35 years I had been working a 9-5 to provide for my wife and children and now I had to think about what I wanted to do with my life, what I was passionate about - my own post-retirement life goals.

I spent some time reflecting, introspecting and quickly learnt that my passion lies in helping and supporting others - even thinking back to my job, I felt happiest and most accomplished when I was training my colleagues. I decided to embark on the Evolve Life Coach course where I discovered how with the right tools and methods Life Coaching can boost your life. Now as a qualified Life Coach, I want to help you with the challenges I myself faced alone - I want to help you address your challenges, discover your passion and achieve your goals.
